Summer Safety Camp
Recommended for children aged 4-8

*Children will be broken into two groups depending on age, age 4-6 together and age 7&8 together. These groups are flexible if a 6 year old wants to be with the older/younger group. If you do not inform the staff we will plan to place the 6 year old in the younger group.
Times
- Activities run from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Staff will be available to supervise from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM if early drop-offs or late pick-ups are needed.
- There will be an initial $10 surcharge for any late pick-ups after 5:00 PM, with an extra $5.00 for each additional 15 minutes. Please pay during registration. If no arrangements have been made, you will be invoiced.
- Please make arrangements with the office ahead of time to avoid confusion.
Location

Cost
Five day: $150 per child, and $120 for each additional sibling
Three day: $115 per child
What to bring
- Sunscreen and hat
- *Nut free* lunches and snacks (Bring enough food for a day.)
- Medications sent with your children must be given to the supervisor for safe keeping, along with written instructions for administering.
- Wear sneakers, not sandals or loose fitting shoes.
- Wear “play clothing”.
- In case of sudden rain, please send your child with rain gear.
Camp Rules
- Children must be toilet-trained.
- Children should have their names on all clothing and any personal items they bring with them.
- Children should be well rested and feeling well to attend.
- Children must follow the instructions given by the camp staff.
- Please do not send personal toys or money
- Do not send any food containing nuts or traces of nuts, in case of allergies.
Activities
- Topics may include: Bicycle Safety, Traffic and Pedestrian Safety, Bullying, Fire Safety, Electrical Safety Program, Street Proofing, Playground Safety, Poison Control, Home Alone, Lost in the Woods, Animal Safety and Internet Safety.
- The programs include various indoor and outdoor hands-on activities, such as: role-playing, riding miniature vehicles, arts and crafts, and games. Educational safety videos as well as Power Point presentations may be used while teaching various safety programs. Guest speakers are also invited to our camps.
Emergencies
Please make sure a parent, guardian or the alternative emergency contact is available by phone at all times.
Registration
- Registrations are confirmed on a “first paid, first served” basis.
- Please read all of the enclosed information prior to filling out the registration form.
- The waiver must be signed on the first day of the camp and witnessed by a staff member.
Method of Payment
- We accept payment by debit, Visa, Mastercard or certified cheque.
- Payments by Visa or Mastercard can be included with the registration form and sent by:
- Debit payments must be made in person at the office at 68 Robertson Road, Suite 105.
- Payments can not be accepted by staff at the camp.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations within five business days of the beginning of the camp will be charged a 20% withdrawal fee.
