Summer Time Dangers

Safety Reminder

Feeling fatigued on a motorcycle is a genuine emergency. If you notice reduced focus, slower reaction times, or heavy limbs pull over to a safe area. A 20-minute rest and a full water bottle can be the difference between a great ride and a bad one. Heat, Cold, Wet, Wind, Reduced Visibility and construction zones are all things to consider that take a lot of energy to get through while riding a motorcycle. Plan your rides in advance. Check the weather, the roads, the temperature and where the rest stops could help make your trip safer. Give yourself more time so that when a break is needed you can stay on track with your ride.
